2. Defective Items

  • Order number and a short description of the issue

Our quality control team will review the case.
Only serious and verifiable defects that render the product unusable will qualify for a replacement or store credit.
Cosmetic concerns, minor irregularities, or variations in finish are considered normal in handcrafted or outlet items and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and order details are entered correctly at checkout.
Orders cannot be modified once processed, and incorrect addresses or contact details may result in delivery failure.
GGDB Outlet is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
